Mark welcomes the news that George Osborne has cancelled the planned 3p-a-litre rise in fuel duty in August.
The Chancellor's move came during Treasury Questions today. He told MPs that fuel duty will be frozen for the rest of the year.
Mark said:
"This is excellent news for families and businesses in Wyre Forest. When times are tough and people are being squeezed from every angle, I am thrilled that the Chancellor has given this relief to millions up and down the country. It is a sign that the Government is listening and doing as much as they can in extremely difficult economic times."
